Good ride to good views

Take the chairlift this summer from Snowmass Village to mid-mountain, where you’ll find great views, a FREE disc golf course, paintball, kids’ trout fishing and access to miles of trails for mountain biking, mountainboarding & hiking. Naturally, mid mountain Snowmass also means access to thousands of acres of hiking and mountain biking.  I was just introduced to the Rim Trail which encirlces Snowmass…looks down on Wildcat neighborhood, and has unending views! Beautiful.

Bicycles can be taken on the lift at no additional charge.

New this year , a volleyball court & horseshoe pit are FREE & open to the public at the bottom of the Village Express lift above Snowmass base village.

The Sky Cab gondola will be open every day through Labor Day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. This is a free gondola that transports guests between the base village and the Snowmass Village Mall. Free parking is available in the Snowmass base village garage during the summer.  No excuses..get out here
